Vinyasa Flow is our core style and to ensure a balanced yoga practice we also offer Slow Flow, Yoga Fundamentals, Yin Yoga, Meditation & Sound Journeys.
VINYASA FLOW | Challenge yourself through a dynamic series of postures that balance strength and flexibility. We maintain focus on alignment and awareness of the breath empowering you to feel like a Yoga Warrior. Suitable for all levels of experience as variations and modifications of the poses are offered in every class.
SLOW FLOW | Let’s slow it down so we can enjoy each mindful movement. Postures are held for longer periods and the transitions are a little slower. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.
YOGA FUNDAMENTALS | Geared towards beginners, the returning student or students seeking to deepen their knowledge and fine-tune their practice. This style is a slowed down flow so we can break down the fundamentals of the practice.
YIN YOGA | A therapeutic practice focused on softening and surrendering to gravity. Floor postures are held for longer periods of time allowing a deeper opening of the body. Suitable for all levels and complementary to the other yoga styles.
