Why everyone loves this retreat

“Thank you so much for an awesome retreat. It was beautiful and I received a lot more than yoga! Absolutely stunning environment, world class healthy food, and wonderful to share it with so many beautiful people all in an authentic space in their lives – very refreshing – none of the usual small talk! Well done Nova for moving everyone right past the small talk phase! Just such a beautiful place to just ‘be’.

As a busy working mother it was a personal challenge making the commitment to leave my family behind but was definitely the right decision. So many positives, endless yoga, endless massages, endless me time and endless Instagramable moments.” – Emily W

“Nova, Sarah and Nat you absolute legends! I cannot thank you all enough for the beautiful space you created for us all – honestly one of the best weeks of my life 🥰

Thank you for re-sparking my love for yoga, for your guidance and for the support you so generously offered us all every day, I hope you are all taking some time for you after that too ❤️

I am so excited and reconnected with yoga and to reintegrate a regular practice into my life!” – Amy P.

“The retreat with Warrior One in Thailand was incredibly well put together and very enjoyable. The teachers were organised, relaxed and super helpful facilitators that created an amazing and memorable experience for all who participated. The food was excellent, the location was spectacular, the accommodation was very comfortable and impeccably clean, and we had fun activities sprinkled throughout the week. I couldn’t recommend Warrior One retreats more enthusiastically, in fact I’ve already penciled in next year’s Warrior One retreat in Thailand! Thanks again to the teachers for doing such a marvellous job!!” – Monica A.

“The WO yoga retreat held at Vikasa in Koh Samui was and I say this honestly, ‘The best experience of my life’.

Waking up to breathtaking Sunrises and incredible ocean views was only to tip of an abundance of beauty that surrounded us at Vikasa. The Itinerary that was created by the teachers was both flexibile enough so that you could carve out plenty of time to sight see your way through Koh Samui without breaking away from the tribe to much and fixed enough that you still experienced a real difference in your physical and mental wellbeing.

The Yoga classes weren’t only a time of physical conditioning but a community that was effortlessly created by all involved and my favourite part of the holiday, the food was wholesome, clean and delicious and meal times always revolved around beautiful conversations with the WO tribe and also fellow yogis staying at the Vikasa retreat. A truly enriching experience that I am so grateful to have been apart of. Only thing missing was Ninja :)” – Katie M.

“Yoga retreat? Thailand? in the middle of a Melbourne winter? Hmm… 2 minutes into my conversation with the lovely Nova at Warrior One and I was sold! So off I went, oddly not expecting anything, open to whatever experience was up ahead. For someone who set out with no expectations I returned with so much! Not only did I relax, recalibrate, realign, rejoice and rejuvenate, I also met some wonderful people, healed a nagging injury and reset myself…well until the next retreat rolls around. In all seriousness…if self discovery and healing is your thing, then this is a must do. talk to Nova…in 2 minutes guaranteed your in!” – Vaia G.

“A yoga retreat in any tropical paradise is bound to be fantastic. Practising consistently is a sure way to achieve your yogi goals, and life on an island sipping on a coconut is pretty tough to beat. But the Warrior One retreat was so much more than that. The teachers, plus the other ‘tribe’ members who attended, created an environment so special, that its conclusion brought me to tears (literally). However, I left with the comfort of knowing how much I had gained from a mere week with Warrior One. In a practical sense, I had learned four new postures, posted five awesome Instagram shots, and had got a great tan sure to upset all the Melburnians left in winter. But I also had gained insight into myself, so much knowledge from engaging conversations with like-minded people, and friendships to last a lifetime. I cannot thank Dustin and Nova enough for creating such a beautiful environment which allowed yoga in idyllic Koh Samui to become the backdrop to santosha and happiness.” – Georgie B.
