Sessions will involve a unique blend of physical postures, functional movement, mobility and rehabilitation work, somatic healing, breathing (pranayama) techniques, guided meditation, mantra, mudra and other traditional yoga teachings and tools that can support individuals as they move towards optimal health.

Your teachers are passionate about creating yoga therapy experiences that support you. Their goal is to assist you in getting the most out of your yoga therapy sessions and overall yoga therapy practice.
Dustin is the visionary and co-founder of Warrior One Yoga. Dustin is qualified in multiple yoga disciplines, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt athlete and an ex-professional surfer. Dustin is passionate about creating an inclusive and encouraging space for you to unlock your potential, find your confidence and connect to the authentic teacher within. He will guide you through the teachings of yin yoga and myofascial release with the yoga tune up balls, empowering you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to find your own authentic voice and teach purposeful and impactful yin classes. You can anticipate an uplifting, knowledgable and unique lightness and calming energy in his teaching.
Yes we do! Choose from Brighton, Mordialloc and Mornington. We have limited availability around our public studio classes and other trainings but get in touch to secure your ideal class time and location.
Provided you have professional medical clearance and you’re feeling supported in your yoga therapy sessions and have discussed moving to public classes with your teacher, you absolutely can!
If you need to cancel your yoga therapy session, we kindly request five business days’ notice. This allows us to accommodate others who may need the session and time for the teacher to be rescheduled. Without this notice, the payment for your session will be forfeited. We understand that life happens, so if you have any concerns, please reach out to us—we’re here to help!
