STUDIO CLASSES

• Class cancellation can be made via the website or the Warrior One Yoga mobile app up to 6-hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Classes at 6am, 7.30am and 8am classes have a 12-hour cancellation window. Any non-cancellations (absent) or late cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.
• The front door to the studio will be locked at beginning of each class for safety and security, late entry is not permitted.
• Warrior One Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
• Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
• Warrior One Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
• Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

• Workshop / special event cancellations can only be made via email and require 7 business days notice. Any non-cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.

YOGA RETREATS

In these unprecedented times for travel we are trying to make any COVID-19 related changes, cancellations and postponements as easy as possible. If your retreat is canceled by us at any time up to the day of arrival you will be offered the option to:

• Move to a new retreat date 
• Change your booking into a Warrior One account credit 
• Receive a full refund

If the retreat is going ahead but you need to cancel 60 days or more before arrival due to any reason you will have the option to move to a new retreat date or convert your booking into a credit. Should you be unable to attend due to COVID related or any other personal reason inside the 60 days no refund will be available.

We highly recommend our guests take out travel insurance with specific Covid-19 cancellation and curtailment provision which is now available from many reputable providers.

• I understand that classes at Warrior One Yoga may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or property loss.
• By booking into a class, workshop or event at Warrior One YOga you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
