STUDIO CLASSES

• Class cancellation can be made via the website or the Warrior One Yoga mobile app up to 6-hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Classes at 6am, 7.30am and 8am classes have a 12-hour cancellation window. Any non-cancellations (absent) or late cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.
• The front door to the studio will be locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security, late entry is not permitted.
• Warrior One Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
• Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
• Warrior One Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
• Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop and special event cancellations must be made via email at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. Cancellations made after this window or failure to attend will result in forfeiting your booking.

YOGA RETREATS

If the retreat is cancelled by us at any time up until the day of arrival, you will be offered the option to:

• Move your booking to a new retreat date
• Convert your booking into a Warrior One Yoga credit
• Receive a full refund

If the retreat is proceeding as planned and you need to cancel 60 days or more before arrival for any reason, you will have the option to move your booking to a future retreat date or convert your booking into a Warrior One Yoga credit.

If you are unable to attend within 60 days of arrival, your booking is considered non-refundable and no credit or transfer will be available. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect your booking in the event of illness, personal circumstances, or unforeseen changes.

Once your retreat balance has been paid in full, we highly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation and curtailment cover.

• I understand that classes at Warrior One Yoga may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or property loss.
• By booking into a class, workshop or event at Warrior One YOga you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
