Our retreat is an easy 60 – 90 minute drive from Melbourne.

Bask in the relaxing atmosphere of coastal Victoria, and be sure to range out and explore the local wineries, day spas, cafes, shops, awe inspiring beaches and coastal walks of Cape Schanck.


Your nourishing and balanced meals are designed and created by Aliza of Shakti Fresh. An advocate for cooking with love, Aliza is passionate about plant-based eating.

Think of your retreat as an unforgettable organic plant-based food journey. All the ingredients and produce are seasonal and freshly sourced from local markets and farmers. The catering includes an abundance of wholesome home-cooked food with plenty of condiments and goodies. Expect to feel satiated and energised.

Friday afternoon: 3.30pm arrive at Retreat. You’ll make your own way to scenic Cape Schanck and be warned, once you arrive you won’t want to leave. Unpack, curl up with a book on the couch, gaze out at the ocean or chill out in the stunning lounge. Exhale… it’s time to slow down.

Friday evening: 5pm – We’ll unwind with a restorative Slow Flow to Yin Yoga practice. Bliss! After practice we will feast over a delicious meal and indulge in an easy nights rest!

Saturday morning: We’ll start the day with a nourishing breakfast and then enjoy a revitalising Vinyasa Yoga practice and meditation. After practice you’ll float off into the day.

Saturday afternoon: Enjoy some free time for you. You may decide to cosy on the couch with a book, treat yourself to a winery visit, a massage,, or simply have a nap! We’ll also be hosting an optional experience in the afternoon if you’d like a little more… an energising coastal hike to take in the stunning local views.

Saturday evening: As the sun begins to set we’ll come together for our evening yoga practice and meditation. And then we feast… we’ll enjoy our last evening supper together with your new yogi friends. Epic food and great chats with OMAZING company, do weekends get any better than this?!

Sunday morning: After a restful sleep and delicious breakfast we’ll have our last practice and closing circle.

Sunday afternoon: You’ll have the afternoon to enjoy Cape Schanck and its surrounds. We suggest a walk on the beach and then heading out for lunch at one of the local wineries. Your retreat finishes at 12pm on Sunday

As your weekend experience comes to a close you’ll be journey back to Melbourne completely recharged and planning your next yoga retreat adventure!



Join us for a weekend to restore, reconnect and recharge. Your teachers will be guiding you throughout your practices over the weekend and will be able to cater to all levels of yogis. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or you are wanting to level up your practice we have you covered.

Our warrior teachers are passionate about creating retreat experiences and will guide you throughout the weekend. Their goal is to assist you in getting the most out of your yoga practice and overall retreat experience.


Price per room (2 adults) for two x nights all inclusive. We also have the option for triple or quad share at an additional $1,000 per person for rooms 1, 2, 6 and 9.

The Cape, is an intimate and exclusive haven tailor-made for those in search of comfort and luxury. Nestled in the heart of Cape Schanck, just 90 minutes from the city, our boutique retreat location is surrounded by a world of delights – from top-tier wineries and gourmet pleasures to breweries, day spas, and the awe-inspiring bay and ocean beaches.

With twelve private guest suites, our retreat offers a tranquil sanctuary complete with king and queen size beds, luxury bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and private outdoor decks. Shared spaces like the communal kitchen, sun-drenched atrium breakfast room and cozy lounge with a crackling fireplace make this space perfect for coming together as a group.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for anyone wanting to escape for a Yoga Wellness Weekend. Whether you are new to yoga or well established in your yoga practice, this weekend retreat will cater to all levels. As all activities are optional, you have the choice to do everything, take it easy enjoy a glass of wine on the couch.

Your weekend will include Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, coastal walks in nature, nutrient dense meals and daily mindfulness practice. If a shift is needed, you’ve found the ultimate elixir.

If you’d like to experience this wellbeing adventure solo we recommend booking a room to yourself,  or join us with family, friends or loved ones. Partners, friends or family not involved in yoga are of course welcome to come along for the journey too as this truly is a weekend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The minimum age to retreat with us is 18 years.

How much yoga can I expect this weekend?

As much or as little as you wish! We will offer both a morning Vinyasa practice and a restorative evening practice each day. The one thing we can promise is that at the end of the weekend both your mind and body will feel amazing!

What time does the retreat start and finish?

Check in from 3.30pm on Friday and finishes at 12pm on the Sunday.

I'm thinking of coming solo, is that okay?

Yes taking this time for yourself is celebrated! You can book a room to yourself, if you’re looking for a weekend of rejuvenation, connection and yoga this escape might just be the perfect wellness adventure!

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?

We sure can! Our OMazing chef Aliza can definitely accommodate any dietary requirements. If you do have any requirements or allergies please be sure to inform us before the retreat.

What is your cancellation policy?

Warrior One Yoga endeavours to make changes, cancellations and postponements as easy as possible.

If your retreat is cancelled by us at any time up to the day of arrival you will be offered the option to:

  1. Move to a new retreat date 
  2. Change your booking into a credit 
  3. Get a full refund

If the retreat is going ahead but you need to cancel 60 days or more before arrival due any reason you will have the option to move to a new retreat date or convert your booking into a credit. Should you be unable to attend due to illness or injury, or any other personal reason inside the 60 days no refund will be available.

We highly recommend our guests take out travel insurance with specific cancellation and curtailment provision which is now available from many reputable providers.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your room at the time of booking and full payment is required 60 days prior to the retreat.
