Everything you need is already inside. And this is just that little more.
Yes! We have lots of solo yogis join us for this retreat! You’ll meet lots of like minded yogis and make life long friends this week. This experience is powerful and if you’re looking for a week of rejuvenation, connection, laughter and yoga this retreat might just be the perfect adventure!
Our retreat starts at 3pm on Sunday 30th of August and finishes at 10am on Saturday 5th of September.
If your flight time interferes with the schedule that’s totally okay, just let us know. If you’d like to stay at Vikasa before or after the retreat you can book directly with Vikasa at events@vikasa.com
We sure can! Vikasa Life Cafe is OMazing and can definitely accommodate your dietary requirements. The food is so delicious and one of the main reasons we go back to Vikasa year after year. Both the breakfasts and dinners are fresh, local produce, exquisitely prepared, health conscious and largely vegetarian with some pescatarian options.
If you do have any requirements or allergies please be sure to inform us before the retreat.
Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after your planned date of departure from Thailand. Holders of regular Australian passports, arriving by air for the purposes of tourism, may enter Thailand for up to 30 days without requesting a visa in advance. Please check the visa entry requirements for other passport holders.
Travellers must now complete the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) within 3 days prior to arrival. It’s a quick online form, complete it here and keep the confirmation email to show immigration along with your travel documents.
As much or as little as you wish! We will offer two x 90 – 120 minute yoga sessions each day. There will also be workshops, meditation and additional yoga classes on offer. Whether your an advanced practitioner or just a beginner your practice will change significantly on this retreat. We have time to delve deep into the asana poses, alignment and modifications. At the end of the week both your mind and body will feel amazing!
Some of the best beaches in Koh Samui are just a few minutes walk or tuk tuk away. We often walk down together as a group in the mornings to watch the sun rise on the rocks and swim in the crystal clear water of the small beach on Vikasa. Other beautiful beaches around the island can be reached by taxi.
Koh Samui is a very easy destination to get to. It really depends on your airline preference and where you’d like to maybe have a little stopover and explore one of these cities. The 3 main options from Australia are;
1 – Fly into Bangkok (BKK) and take a flight to Koh Samui (USM) via Bangkok Airways or Thai Airways.
2 – Fly to with Singapore airlines via Singapore then fly directly to Koh Samui.
3 – Fly to with Malaysian airlines via KL then fly directly to Koh Samui.
Please send us your travel details as soon as you have them and please don’t forget to update us if the airline changes your arrival or departure time. *Note airport transfers are not included and will need to be organised through Vikasa directly.
Absolutely! We warmly welcome non-participating partners and family members to join you on this journey. While you immerse yourself in yoga and relaxation (and who knows, maybe they join in for a session too), they can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, explore the island or relax by the pool. It’s a perfect opportunity for everyone to unwind at their own pace.
I can't recommend WO highly enough. It's literally changed my life. I went from injured for Two years to healed in 3 months. I've a new passion. Thanks guys. You're really are the best.

For me, what Dustin & Nova and the team at Warrior One have created isn’t just about yoga, health and well being.. it is the caring and friendly community that makes this place truly special and inviting. The fab yoga teachers and classes is just a bonus!

This place is amazing! I love the intimacy of the classes and the yogi's are my fav in Melbourne. From the chemical free environment to the best friendly kisses from resident dog yogi ninja, this place is like a home away from home and I feel so content and refreshed every time I visit. 11/10

The Best Yoga Studio I have attended. Amazing facilities and classes on offer for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis. Three words to describe Warrior One - nourishing, accommodating and inclusive. Not to mention, the best yogi of all, ninja the gorgeous black pooch.

I have tried Yoga on and off for about 6 years, but never persisted. From my first class I was completely blown away. I felt challenged, but in control and at peace all at the same time! Every class is different and I love how much progress I’ve made after just 18 classes! Loving the membership options too!

I'm not a big yogi but I love this space. This 1 hour of my week is so special. The studio is beautiful, warm and inviting. Every instructor I've had has bought their own special magic to the class and surprised me. Love it!

Absolutely loved the restorative class Tune Up yoga. It bit of surprise to hear the class was in a church, but it goes to show how versatile yoga can be, and can be done anywhere. Thanks so much. I'll be back:)
