Who’s ready to join Dustin at the world’s only mindful triathlon? Wanderlust is coming to Melbourne to bring people together for a field day centred on the mind, body and soul. First you’ll run, walk, skip or strut 5 kilometres and then find you’re rhythm with a 75 minute yoga flow taught by Dustin alongside a bunch of other OMazing yogis and underscored by a DJ. You’ll round out the day with a 30-minute guided meditation to clear your mind and relax your body.
But that’s not all! There will also be a pop-up Mindful Market where you will be able to munch on healthy snacks, grab a coffee and get your hands on all sorts of wonderful things from local craft vendors.
The great thing about Wanderlust’s mindful triathlon is that the focus is on community, not prizes. It’s a fabulous opportunity to get your tribe together for a day outdoors that will elate your body and mind. Wanderlusters are also encouraged to give back to the community by downloading the Charity Miles app, which allows you to donate money to the charity of your choice with every step.
