Take some time out for yourself and enjoy a day of yoga, wine, great food and even better company! This Urban Yoga Retreat experience in the heart of the Peninsula is an opportunity to feel good and relax in the company of friends.
Includes: A juicy slow flow yoga class, wine tasting at Barmah Park cellar door and a 3-course lunch at the winery. This urban experience will be limited to 16 yogis.
We welcome everybody from all fitness levels and walks of life. Whether you are new to yoga or well established in your yoga practice, this one day escape will cater to all levels.

10.50 am: Arrive at Warrior One Yoga Studio in Mornington in your yoga gear ready to practice!
11.00 am – 1:00 pm: Blissful 2 hour slow flow yoga practice.
1.00 pm – 1.15 pm: We will make our way to Barmah Park Restaurant just a five minute drive away. Wear your yoga gear or if you’d prefer you can freshen up at the studio
1.15 pm – 1.45 pm: Let the vino begin! You’ll be guided through the fruits of the region with a delicious and playful tasting.
2 pm – 4.00 pm: Let the feasting begin! We’ll enjoy a 3 course meal together with our new yogi friends. Amazing vino, epic food and good company, does Sunday afternoon get any better than this?!
4.00 pm onwards: As the 1 day experience comes to a close many of our yogis choose to continue their blissful state taking time to relax on the deck overlooking the vineyard with a glass or wine or herbal tea. Another idea is that you can book accommodation near by to make a weekend out of it!

Both Nataraj and Megan will guide you throughout the retreat and will assist you in getting the most out of your yoga practice and overall retreat experience.
Nataraj has led retreats, workshops, kirtans, and has directed yoga and meditation teacher training programs throughout the world for over 15 years. After beginning a daily meditation and yoga practice at the age of 13, Nataraj immersed himself in the teachings of yoga and tantra and at the age of 16, began to share these nectarean teachings with his students. He has inspired countless seekers to take up a spiritual practice and has dedicated his life to bringing the wisdom of yoga to everyday life. His love of teaching is evident in the enthusiastic and devotional manner in which he leads his classes. He strives to create environments and experiences where people from all walks of life can directly contact the fullness of their own Being.
