Your post-practice guide to the Best Post-Yoga Spots Near Warrior One Yoga

At Warrior One Yoga, the time after your practice is just as valuable as the time you spend on the mat. Whether you’re rolling out after a fiery flow or easing out of a yin session, there’s something special about staying in that post-class glow just a little longer.

We’ve pulled together our favourite post-yoga spots near Warrior One Yoga – local places our students and teachers love for walking, sipping, snacking, or simply slowing down.

Brighton: Balanced living with a coastal edge

Nutrition Bar Brighton

If you’ve just finished a Warrior Flow or Power Vinyasa at Warrior One Yoga Brighton, this is the spot to replenish. Located just a short stroll away, Nutrition Bar has smoothies, protein shakes, and acai bowls that leave you feeling just as good as savasana.

Dendy Street Beach

Only a few blocks from the studio, Dendy Street Beach is iconic for its colourful bathing boxes, but also a genuinely peaceful place to reconnect with nature. Sit on the sand, dip your toes in, or just take in the horizon—it’s a moment of calm in the middle of a busy day.

Brighton Foreshore Trail

Whether you start at the pier or meander along from the beach, the foreshore trail offers stunning views of the water and the Melbourne skyline in the distance. A lovely spot to walk solo and integrate your practice—or invite a friend and make it a mindful catch-up.

Mordialloc: Where beachside calm meets local gems

Hendriks Café

Right around the corner from Warrior One Yoga Mordi, Hendriks has a warm, industrial feel and a menu that hits the spot after practice. Their oat lattes and nourish bowls are a go-to if you’re after something hearty but wholesome. It’s a great place to stay in that post-flow headspace while catching up with a friend or journaling solo.

Mordialloc Beach + Bay Trail

One of the most loved post-yoga spots near Warrior One Yoga Mordi and a couple of minutes’ walk from the studio, Mordi Beach is perfect if you want to sit, breathe, and listen to the waves. If you’re feeling more active, the Bay Trail stretches to Seaford. It’s flat, scenic, and ideal for a walking meditation.

Mordialloc Creek Trail

This quieter track follows the water inland and offers a more shaded, peaceful alternative to the beachside. Great for morning or late arvo walks when you want to wind down or soak in some sunshine post-class.

Mornington: Earthy, coastal and deeply restorative

Store Fifteen

A local favourite post-yoga spots near Warrior One Yoga Mornington, Store Fifteen is all about seasonal, plant-forward meals and great coffee. The vibe is casual and welcoming, perfect for a slow morning after a yin class or before heading out for a walk.

The Esplanade Walking Track

Starting near the town centre, this trail runs along the coastline with sweeping bay views. It’s a grounding walk in Esplanade you can take at any time of day, but there’s something extra special about it after a quiet morning practice.

Merricks Trail

A short drive from Mornington, this track is more rural, with open paddocks, wineries, and bushland. It’s the kind of place you go to deepen your connection to nature, especially after a longer class, workshop, or retreat.

Extend Your Practice Off the Mat

These post-yoga spots near Warrior One Yoga aren’t just destinations, they’re part of how we practice off the mat. Whether it’s a quiet coastal walk, a local café moment, or space to just be, they help you stay connected to the intention you set at the start of class.
