You may have noticed a new addittion chilling out in our studio. Thanks to our friends at Green St Juice Co. we are excited to introduce our very own Warrior One Yoga alkaline water. These little bottles of OMazingness will not only keep you hydrated, they are also filled to the brim with other benefits for your body and our beautiful planet.

Our bodies are about 75% water (and it makes up 85% of our brains!) so it’s very important that we keep our hydration levels up, especially when we’ve been getting sweaty and stretcy. It’s all about balance really, which is where alkaline water comes into it. With a slightly higher pH level than regular water, alkaline water helps neutralise acid in our bloodstream. This increases our oxygen levels, allowing us to experience the benefits of more energy and an improved metabolism. Alkaline water is also known for its antioxidant properties, which are great for our immune system and have anti-ageing benefits.

The gorgeous glass bottles not only give you the best tasting water, they also help reduce our environmental footprint. Glass has been around much longer than us and can be endlessly recycled so we’re not adding plastics to our landfills and oceans, making it the natural choice. There’s also no risk of chemical contamination, which is very important to us.
