Our retreat is an easy 90 – 120 minute drive north-west of Melbourne.

Bask in the relaxing atmosphere of country Victoria, and be sure to range out and explore the restaurants, shops, galleries, wellness centres and cafés of Daylesford.

YOUR WEEKEND ESCAPE

Friday afternoon: 3.30pm arrive at Oxford Retreat. You’ll make your own way to beautiful Hepburn Springs and be warned, once you arrive you won’t want to leave. Unpack, curl up with a book on the couch, walk bare foot or sweat your worries away in the sauna. Exhale… it’s time to slow down.

Friday evening: 5pm – We’ll unwind with a restorative Slow Flow to Yin Yoga practice listening to the sounds of nature. Bliss! After practice we will feast over a delicious meal and indulge with local organic wine. It’s Friday night after all!

Saturday morning: We’ll start the day with a nourishing breakfast and then head to the studio for a revitalising Vinyasa Yoga practice and meditation. After practice you’ll float off into the day…

Saturday afternoon: Enjoy some free time for you. You may decide to cosy on the couch with a book, treat yourself to a massage or spa treatment near by (it is spa country) or simply take a hot bath and have a nap! We’ll also be hosting an experience in the afternoon if you’d like a little more… Therapeutic Roll & Release Workshop.

Saturday evening: As the sun begins to set we’ll come together for our evening yoga practice and meditation. And then we feast… we’ll enjoy our last evening supper together with your new yogi friends. OMazing vino, epic food and good company, do weekends get any better than this?!

Sunday morning: After a restful sleep and delicious breakfast we’ll head to the yoga studio for our last practice and closing circle.

Sunday afternoon: You’ll have the afternoon to enjoy Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. We suggest booking a massage and then enjoying one of the local restaurants. Your retreat finishes at 12.30pm on Sunday

As your weekend experience comes to a close you’ll be journey back to Melbourne completely recharged and planning your next yoga wellness adventure!

MEGAN KILLORN & NAT COMMONS

Join us for a weekend to restore, reconnect and recharge. Megan and Nat will be guiding you throughout your practices over the weekend and will be able to cater to all levels of yogis. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or you are wanting to level up your practice we have you covered.

Both Megan and Nat are passionate about creating retreat experiences and will guide you throughout the weekend. Their goal is to assist you in getting the most out of your yoga practice and overall retreat experience.

THE SPACE

All of the property’s 12 bedrooms come equipped with cosy king beds that can be split on request. The rooms are as eclectically designed as the rest of the home, the walls graced by cultural icons and gorgeous paintings. Rustic light fixtures give the spaces a unique warmth. Even the 5.5 bathrooms share this eccentricity, with brightly coloured cabinets contrasting against clean white tiles. Ducted heating and split system cooling ensure an ideal temperature for your stay.

There is a stunning family lounge and spacious dining room, with seating for 24 so we can gather and spend time together, eating and relaxing by the open wood fire.

The beautifully designed country kitchen overlooks the home’s deck area which is surrounded by lush garden. The retreat also has a dedicated yoga studio where we will dive deep into our practice together daily.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for anyone wanting to escape for a Yoga Wellness Weekend. We welcome everybody from all fitness levels and walks of life. Whether you are new to yoga or well established in your yoga practice, this weekend retreat will cater to all levels. As all activities are optional, you have the choice to do everything, take it easy enjoy a glass of wine on the couch.

Your weekend will include Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, country walks, nutrient dense meals, healing bodywork, and daily mindfulness practice. If a shift is needed, you’ve found the ultimate elixir.

Partners, friends or family not involved in yoga are also welcome to come along for the journey. The Oxford Retreat hosts a maximum of 24 guests and the minimum age is 16 years.

How much yoga can I expect this weekend?

As much or as little as you wish! We will offer both a morning Vinyasa practice and a restorative evening practice each day. There will also be a Yoga Tune Up workshop, a talk, meditations and journaling.

The one thing we can promise is that at the end of the weekend both your mind and body will feel amazing!

What time does the retreat start and finish?

Checkin from 3.30pm on Friday and checkout is 12.30pm on the Sunday.

I'm thinking of coming solo, is that okay?

Yes taking this time for yourself is celebrated! You can book a room to yourself, if you’re looking for a weekend of rejuvenation, connection and yoga this escape might just be the perfect wellness adventure!

Will we have time to use to go to the near by spa's?

Yes, we are in Spa country and this retreat lies close to the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve and is just 500 metres from the region’s renowned Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa.

You have time to duck out on Saturday afternoon or take advantage of Sunday afternoon to book a spa & treatment nearby.

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?

We sure can! Alex is OMazing and we can definitely accommodate any dietary requirements. If you do have any requirements or allergies please be sure to inform us before the retreat.
